PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Antiserum is developed in mouse using the rabbit IgG as the immunogen. The antibody is obtained 
by affinity purified technique, which remove essentially all mouse proteins, except the specific antibody 
for rabbit IgG. mouse anti- rabbit IgG is conjugated to peroxidase by means of a method described by 
Wilson MB and Nakane PK.. 
The conjugate is specific for rabbit IgG when tested against rabbit IgA, IgG, IgM, Bence Jones kappa 
and lambda myeloma proteins by ELISA. 
CONTENTS 1mg/ml specific antibody; 0.01M PBS(pH7.4).
APPLICATION Direct ELISA: 1:5000-10000(TMB detection)
 Western Blotting: 1:500-3000(DAB detection)
 Western Blotting: 1:3000-10000(Enhanced chemiluminescent detection )
 Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
STORAGE Store at 4℃ for frequent use; at -20℃for at least one year.
